Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking our SNOO repair service.

1. Scope of Service

This service covers mechanical and minor component-level repairs of the Snoo bassinet. Electrical repairs involving the motherboard or soldering work are not offered. If your issue falls into these categories, we will not attempt a repair. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

2. Diagnosis & Limitations

A video diagnosis may be provided prior to visiting, but this is not a guarantee of successful repair. Some issues can only be accurately assessed in person. If the issue is found to be unrepairable on-site or outside the service scope (e.g., motherboard/solder-related), you are still responsible for the applicable travel and deposit fees.

3. Travel Costs

Travel within London and the M25 incurs a flat travel fee, which will be confirmed at the time of booking. Any location outside the M25 will incur additional charges based on distance and travel time. These will be communicated clearly in advance.

4. Deposit & Payment

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This will be deducted from your final bill. Payment will be taken automatically upon completion of the service, using the method you provide during booking. If the repair is unsuccessful but time and travel have been spent, the payment (minus parts, if not used) still applies.

5. Liability

While every care will be taken with your device, we are not liable for any pre-existing or additional damage that may occur during inspection or attempted repair. You accept that further damage may arise during the process, particularly where the unit already has internal faults or fragility. We are not responsible or liable for any injury, harm, or incident involving a baby or any person following the repair.It is your responsibility to fully inspect, test, and use the Snoo at your own risk after the service.

6. Warranty

No formal warranty is provided. If the same issue recurs within 7 days, we may, at our discretion, revisit the issue (subject to availability and additional travel costs).

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a new appointment time. 

8. Data & Privacy

If the Snoo contains personal data (e.g., app usage), we will not access, store, or share it. Please back up or remove any data before service, if applicable.

9. Customer Responsibility

You agree to describe the issue honestly and provide access to the Snoo at the agreed time. You agree that, if we are unable to fix the device due to limitations outlined above, you are still responsible for the travel and service fees. After the repair, you are responsible for verifying the Snoo’s safety and suitability before placing your baby in it.
